RoadSmart Mobile is the mobile companion to RoadSmart dispatch, putting the power of mobile dispatch and GPS in drivers’ hands. The app enables drivers to receive, accept and update jobs in progress via their smartphone. This application is intended for roadside assistance providers contracted with Allstate Roadside Services only.

Changes: You can now utilize the RoadSmart Mobile App by Allstate Roadside Services to do the following:
· Request a GOA (Gone on Arrival)
· Update your ETA
· Cancel a Dispatch
· Notify of a Service Failure
This new functionality allows RoadSmart Mobile users to communicate directly with Allstate Roadside Services without having to pick-up the phone to complete any one of those actions! Plus, for added security to protect customer information, there is now a prompt to enter your password every 7 days.
